JOB DESCRIPTION-TRAINEE ENGINEER-PROJECTS

Designation: Trainee Engineer-Projects

Department: Projects-STP/ETP/WTP

Location: Bhopal [Head Office) with extensive travel Pan-India for project execution

Experience: 0-6 Months [Fresh Graduates Encouraged]

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Chemical/MSc in relevant field

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Projects Department as Trainee Engineers. This role offers hands-on exposure to execution, commissioning & management OfSTP, ETP & WTP water and waste water Infrastructure projects across India, ensuring compliance with design & operational standards. Opportunity to learn and grow into project leadership roles,

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution & Site Operations: Assist in installation, testing & commissioning of water & wastewater treatment plants. Coordinate with site engineers, operators & contractors for efficient project implementation and ensure safety & quality at site.

2. Technical Documentation & Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), track progress, highlight bottlenecks & address technical challenges. Contribute to project proposals, cost estimation & performance data management using MS Office [Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, business email writing).

3. Design & Analytical Support: Support technical drawings, plant layouts & GADs using AutoCAD (Preferred, not mandatory]. Maintain project documentation, BOQ support & process data sheets.

4. Learning & Process Improvement: Gain hands-on exposure to STP/ETP/WTP engineering practices, treatment processes, piping, mechanical & electrical systems. Stay updated on new technologies & industry trends and apply them in field operations.

5. Adaptability & Travel: Willing to travel extensively across India for on-site execution and maintain flexibility to handle field challenges.

Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Excel/PowerPoint, good communication & interpersonal skills, problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently & in teams. [Preferred]

Preferred Qualities: Passion for field execution, willingness to learn, initiative & drive to grow in water & wastewater treatment project management.
