Job Role = Telecaller / Inside Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for reliable and articulate Telecallers to handle inbound inquiries generated through SEO platforms, IndiaMART, website leads, and phone calls. The role involves understanding customer requirements, categorising inquiries by product/service, and updating them accurately in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and respond to incoming calls and online inquiries

• Understand basic product and industry requirements

• Classify and route leads as per product and department

• Maintain accurate records in CRM software

• Follow up with prospects and coordinate with internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)

• Basic understanding of CRM / Customer Relationship Management software

• Working knowledge of:

• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Basic data handling (SQL knowledge is a plus, not mandatory)

• Willingness to learn products, processes, and industry basics

• Organized, reliable, and process-oriented
