Job Title: Senior Manager

Experience: 5-15 years

Qualification: B.E. ( Mechanical Civil Engineering Preferred)

Industry Preference: Candidates with turnkey project experience

Location: Head Office – Bhopal

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager/General Manager to oversee and monitor our STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) projects & other Engineering Projects in Piping, pumping Fire fighting etc. across India. This position will be based at the head office in Bhopal and will require extensive coordination with project teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

•  Supervise, track, and ensure timely completion of STP/ETP/WTP turnkey projects.
•    Work on bar charts, project timelines, and process flows to streamline operations.
•    Make strategic decisions for site management and oversee execution.

Project Planning & Execution:

•  Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors for civil, piping, and mechanical work across different locations.
•     Manage procurement and costing, ensuring cost-effectiveness in project execution.
•   Recruit and lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and site personnel to enhance operational efficiency.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication.
• Conduct periodic meetings and online conferences to update clients and internal teams on project status.
• Address technical concerns and provide process improvement solutions.

Technical Expertise & Compliance:

• Apply strong technical knowledge to resolve challenges in project execution and treatment plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations relevant to STP, ETP, and WTP projects.

Reporting & Documentation:

•  Prepare and present progress reports, cost analysis, and operational updates to senior management.
•    Maintain accurate documentation related to design, execution, contracts, and quality assurance.

HR & Recruitments Management:

•  Assist HR Department in sourcing and identifying technical candidates for project requirements.
•   Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
•  Collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs.

Travelling & Site Meetings:

•  Perform site visits and meetings with clients/stakeholders, as per project requirements.
•  Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and client meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & business email communication.
• Strong technical knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Experience in vendor management, recruitment, and cost estimation.
