🔎 Role Summary

Vexl Environ Projects is seeking a highly qualified R&D Executive with a strong background in Inorganic Chemistry. This role is dedicated to the innovative processing of Jarosite and its conversion into high-value inorganic by-products.

You will be the technical lead for validation trials, pilot-scale lab setups, and the optimization of chemical processes to ensure waste-to-wealth conversion meets industrial quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inorganic Product Development

• Validation Trials: Conduct hands-on chemical validation trials for Jarosite and Jarofix processing at the Badlapur facility.
• By-Product Synthesis: Optimize the extraction and synthesis of:
• Iron Hydroxide
• Calcium Ammonium Nitrate (CAN)
• Sodium Silicate
• Analytical Research: Lead sample collection, perform sophisticated data analysis, and conduct literature reviews to enhance product purity and yield.

2. Laboratory & Pilot Plant Management

• Setup & Design: Design and establish advanced pilot laboratories and kilo-scale labs, including the coordination of containerized laboratory setups.
• Site Coordination: Identify and evaluate suitable industrial plots and buildings in Udaipur and Thane for expanding R&D operations.
• Commissioning: Oversee the transition from lab-scale results to pilot-plant implementation, providing technical guidance to the engineering team.

3. Market Alignment & Quality Control

• Technical Consulting: Present product specifications and R&D findings to industrial buyers; gather and integrate their feedback into the product development cycle.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain stringent Quality Control (QC) protocols for inorganic by-products during the Udaipur project phase.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing hurdles and improve chemical process efficiency.

🎓 Requirements

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Inorganic Chemistry is mandatory. A deep understanding of metal salts, mineralogy, and hydrometallurgical processes is highly preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in R&D, chemical process improvement, or laboratory management.
• Skills: * Expertise in inorganic synthesis and analytical chemistry techniques.
• Strong project management and site coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for high-level customer and stakeholder interaction.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively across India and relocate from Badlapur to Udaipur or Thane as per project requirements.
