Job Title: QA & QC Engineer-Water, Wastewater & Pipeline Projects
Location: Project Sites, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 3-4 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
Salary Range: Rs. 35,000-50,000 Per Month [Negotiable]

About The Role:
We are hiring a QA & QC Engineer to ensure construction quality for Water Supply, Sewerage, STP/WTP and Pipeline projects. The role involves preparation & implementation of QAP, conducting stage inspections, and testing of pipeline and civil/mechanical/electrical works in coordination with Client/PMC.
Key Responsibilities:
1. QAP & Documentation: Prepare and implement Quality Assurance Plan [QAP), Inspection & Test Plan [ITP], Method Statements, Checklists and quality formats. Maintain all QA/QC documents including Material Inspection Reports, Daily Quality Reports, NCR, and Test Reports as per IS codes, CPHEEO Manual and project specs. Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
2. Pipeline QC: Inspection of incoming pipes (DI, HDPE, MS, RCC), valves, specials and fittings. Supervise pipe laying, jointing, welding, and backfilling. Conduct and witness Hydrostatic Pressure Testing, leakage testing, joint testing, and pipeline disinfection. Ensure 100% compliance before client inspection.
3. Construction QC Civil, Mech & Electrical: Civil Check reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, cube tests, WTP/STP/ESR/GSR construction. Mechanical Inspection of pumps, motors, screens, piping erection and alignment. Electrical - Witness panel erection, cabling, earthing and support pre-commissioning tests as required.
4. Execution & Client Coordination: Conduct daily site inspections, coordinate with Client/PMC/TPI for approvals, raise and close NCRs with corrective actions, and coordinate with NABL labs for soil, concrete, and material testing.
Skills Required: Strong knowledge of AMRUT / Jal Jeevan Mission projects, hydro-testing, welding DPT, QMS documentation, MS Office & AutoCAD review, and excellent client coordination.
Preferred: Experience with EPC/PMC firms [L&T, KEC, JMC, SPML, EMS). Willing to work at remote project sites.
