·        10+ years of progressive experience in process design and engineering for water and wastewater treatment facilities, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

·        Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and management of multidisciplinary design teams.

·        Strong knowledge of conventional and innovative water and wastewater treatment technologies (e.g., WTP, ETP, STP, RO, UF, ZLD, MBR, activated sludge, nutrient removal, disinfection).

·        Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., BioWin, GPS-X, Aspen Plus) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
