Job Description/Responsibilities

O&M Supervisor – STP/ETP/WTP

Location: PAN India (Full-time, site-based role)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: ITI/ Diploma / BE (Mechanical)

Salary: 20-25K CTC (Based on experience)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

🔍 What You’ll Do:

Supervise day-to-day operation & maintenance of STP/ETP/WTP plants

Monitor and guide operators, ensuring SOPs and safety compliance

Coordinate with engineers for preventive & corrective maintenance

Review daily/weekly/monthly reports and operational logs

Track plant performance, breakdowns, consumables & spare requirements

Support in budgeting, billing, and client interactions

Train, motivate, and lead site teams for continuous improvement

Ensure smooth coordination between client, engineers, and site operators

We’re Looking For:

Diploma / BE (Mechanical)

2–5 years of experience in O&M supervision of STP/ETP/WTP plants

Strong leadership, reporting, and troubleshooting skills

Ability to manage field teams with discipline & efficiency

Knowledge of SCADA/PLC systems (preferred)

Excellent communication and client-handling skills
