Job Title: Junior Executive – Projects (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Chemical)

Location: Pan India with extensive travel across India for project execution

Salary:

• ₹12,000 per month during the 3-month training period
• ₹18,000 per month post-regularization
• Minimum 2-year commitment with the company

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering to join our Projects Department as Trainee Engineers. This role offers hands-on exposure to execution, commissioning, and management of STP, ETP, and WTP projects across India. Candidates will gain valuable industry experience while working on live projects, ensuring compliance with design and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution & Site Operations:
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Coordinate with site engineers and operators for efficient project implementation.
• Technical Documentation & Daily Reporting:
• Prepare daily site reports, tracking progress and addressing technical challenges.
• Contribute to project proposals and cost estimation efforts.
• Design & Analytical Work:
• Support technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Maintain project performance data and documentation using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, business email writing).

• Learning & Process Improvement:
• Gain hands-on exposure to STP, ETP, and WTP engineering practices.
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends, applying them to field operations.
• Adaptability & Travel:
• Be willing to travel extensively across India for on-site project execution.
• Maintain flexibility in working environments, handling field challenges effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: BTech/Diploma, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or MSc in relevant fields.
• Academic Performance: Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and BE/BTech.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Preferred) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, business email writing).
• Experience: 0–6 months (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to on-site execution challenges.
• Ability to work independently and in team-based environments.
