Jr. Executive – Fire Fighting

Location: PAN India (HO – Bhopal)

Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 1–2 Years

🔎 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Jr. Executive – Fire Fighting to support the execution, installation and commissioning of firefighting systems across various project sites.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of fire protection systems and a strong willingness to learn and grow under senior project managers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Project Execution Support

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems, hydrant systems, sprinklers, and suppression systems.
• Support senior engineers during testing, troubleshooting and system handover.

Site Coordination

• Coordinate with site technicians, contractors and vendors for daily work execution.
• Ensure proper availability of materials and manpower as instructed by seniors.

Technical & Documentation Work

• Prepare daily progress reports and submit to Project Manager.
• Maintain site records, installation checklists, and material tracking sheets.
• Assist in compliance documentation as per safety and project standards.

Client & Internal Communication

• Provide routine updates to project managers.
• Interact with client representatives on basic technical matters when required.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure work is executed as per safety protocols and industry standards.
• Report non-conformities and safety issues immediately to the senior team.

Problem Solving & Support

• Identify on-site challenges and escalate them to senior engineers.
• Support troubleshooting activities of fire alarm panels, hydrants, detectors, etc.

Travel Requirement

Must be comfortable traveling frequently to sites across India.

🎓 Required Qualification

• B.Tech / BE – Mechanical Engineering
• 1–2 years of experience in firefighting installation OR industrial project execution

Basic understanding of:

• Fire Alarm Systems
• Hydrant Network
• Sprinkler Systems
• Smoke Detection
• Pump House Components
