Job Title: Junior Executive – Design & Proposals (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical)

Location: Bhopal

Salary:

• ₹12,000 per month during the 3-month training period
• Regularized post-training at ₹18,000 per month
• Minimum 2-year commitment with the company

Job Summary:

We are looking for fresh graduates in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering to join our Design & Proposals Department as Trainee Engineers. The ideal candidates should be eager to learn, technically sound, and possess strong communication skills. They will gain hands-on experience in designing and estimating STP, ETP, and WTP projects, while developing industry knowledge and practical engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Engineering Support:
• Assist in preparing design proposals for STP, ETP, and WTP systems.
• Utilize AutoCAD to draft engineering drawings and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in water treatment design.
• Technical Documentation & Proposal Development:
• Contribute to project reports, technical specifications, and tenders.
• Prepare cost estimation for projects in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Maintain proper documentation and data management.
• Prepare offers & proposals as per the guidance.
• Software Proficiency & Analytical Skills:
• Work extensively with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, business email writing).
• Perform technical calculations and evaluations for project feasibility.
• Learn and apply engineering concepts in water & Wastewater treatment plant & its operations.
• Communication & Learning:
• Engage in technical discussions with senior engineers and clients.
• Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends.
• Continuously seek knowledge through research and interaction with experts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: BTech in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or MSc in relevant fields.
• Academic Performance: Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and BE/BTech.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory) with a personal laptop.
• Experience: 0–6 months (Fresh graduates welcome).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in water treatment engineering.
• Ability to work in a structured and professional environment.
